hi, i am indian citizen, i belong to sikh community and i am a member of a political party, which seeks separate nation, we are facing problem in practicing our religion here, minorities are not safe. i want to ask that if i arrive at any usa airport with fake visa or passport, will i face deportation. what will be the process at airport if i tell the authorities that i want to apply for asylum

You will be placed in a detention facility and will be allowed to see an immigration judge for asylum hearing.
