Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
a married man fraudently married another lady and migrated to USA as a dependendant but on green card.now she found out that he was a married man and is still married to the other women .they were in family court and his prior existing marriage was proved so got an anullment based on bigamy.is he legall in USA? Can she approach USimmigration for his deportation?

His entering was illegal if based upon a fraudulent marriage, so he should be subject to deportation.
