Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am in the process of petitioning for my foreign fiance to come to the US on K-1 visa from The Netherlands, and would like to know if filing for bankruptcy will cause a problem in this process, or at the time in which I would show evidence to the US that I am financially capable of being his sponsor. My current income is around $39,000 annually.
