Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi ,
I received my asylum interview 2 years after filing application and then suddenly it was cancelled. When I tried to inquire, I was told that my filed transferred to TPS center because I filed for TPS . I had filed TPS shortly before I got Asylum interview.
Does file gets transferred in this situation? I was told that two processes are totally different.
Have you heard any cases like mine?
