Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I over stayed 2 days (90+2) in a schengen visa in Europe by a mistake based on my work permit validity, I was questioned in Germany while returning back home to India. They filed a report in Germany(not sure if its criminal offence) and asked my address back, but never contacted me after that. Will have have any issue on applying H1B or F1 visa to US from India. PS : I have never been to US before. I have chosen a state to submit this for.
