Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
I have my ex husbands power of attorney as he is incarcerated. i recently received a profit sharing check from the company where he was employed but none of the banks i went to refuse to let me deposit it as we dont have a joint account what are my options

If you have his power of attorney you should be able to open a joint account.
