Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I left work for some medical resons now that I came back my job seems like they are looking for a reson not to keep me here. my job now tell's me that if my hours can not change that I cant work. my job knows that I am a singal parent. I even put my son in a school 3 streets from my job. I have never had a right up be for I have had 2 in the last 4 months. the first 1 was for something that had nothing to do with me or my department they just needed some one to take the down fall and it happend to be me.The 2 wright up was over time card and over time wich over time has to be aproved be for you can work it. Now my job said that for the last 7 weeks it was ok for me to bring my son to work with me and to take him to school now I start work at 7:20 my child starts school at 8. I cant be in to places at 1 time I need to work but I am a single parent i started my job in 2005 so I no that my job is aware that I am bringing my child up alone. it seems that there ok with leting other co workers bring there kids to work. I dont think this is right. can you help? sorry if I cant feel you in on every thing short space. thank you for your time. I am not shur what this falls under?
