Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

Question Deep linking MLS Data

I will be deep linking directly to a house on realtor dot com for example.

My site will only provide a direct link to realtor and specify that it is coming from realtor. Am I legally allowed to do this?

Thanks

Normally you always want to get permission before you link to a site, any where in that site. However, if your link benefits the site owner, then it probably isn't a problem. But you should be courteous and seek permission regardless.
