I Rented My House We Made A 6 Month Contract Monthly Payment The Contract Ends The 30 Of this Month She Has Not Gave me this Last Payment And The Other Payment Is On The First Of Next Month I Want Her Out Of My House What Can I Do

You posted under intellectual property and not landlord tenant where you might have gotten more answers. You can re-post if you want.

She probably thinks she can use the security deposit for payment of the last months rent. Speak to her to find out what her plans are. Point out to her that she is wrong as to the security deposit and since no one gave notice that the agreement would not be re-newed the rental becomes a month to month rental unless she is willing to reach a settlement with you as to payments [does she have any assets, a job, car, or is she judgment proof?][what has she said about not paying the rent for November?

If she will not leave or pay rent, advertise the place now, give her a three day notice, read the Judges benchguides #31 on the internet t learn what must be done for an unlawful detainer, give 24 hours notice to inspect the unit to see how much damage, etc.].
