Is a court order from Romania to pay child support is valid in US?

It is valid if validly issued under the law of Romania. The real question is it enforceable. The answer to that is not automatically, but it can be made enforceable under the Hague Convention by a process that involves obtaining orders from the Romanian courts requesting the U.S. courts to enforce the order, and then going into the U.S. courts and obtaining enforcement orders that can be used in the U.S.
