Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Custody change during ward of juvenile

How can change of custody (signed stipulation from a superior court) effect a juvenile

criminal court case in which the minor is already adjudged a ward of that court (non incarcerated and allowed to remain in home of guardian) when superior court granted transfer of full legal and physical custody back to bio mother?

Can this effect either outcome or proceding in any way No documentation was sent to prevent custody change . New custodial parent (bio mother) only attended sentencing on criminal charge of minor. Does juvenile court have obligation to notify current custodial parent of all obligations that sentencing will demand of them, physically and finanicially? Is it the new custodial parent who has to bear the finacial obligation of that which was done while child was under legal & physical custody of another party?
