Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My California employer doesn't list sick-pay in my pay-stubs, and has been cheating me on my hours. I think they may have misclassified me as independent contractor, but I am not sure.

You should contact an employment lawyer about these issues immediately. There are specific requirements on what must be listed on an employee's pay stub, including sick leave. Moreover, if you are being misclassified, you might not be the only one, so you bringing these issues to light might help not only you but other employees, as well. Our office would be happy to discuss these matters with you, no matter where you are in California. Feel free to visit our website at www.sarnofflaw.com or contact us at (877) 877-2545 to discuss.
