Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My company has no work availible for me, yet they won't lay me off, or pay me unless I use my vacation time. It's like they're forcing me to quit, or go broke until I do.

Any thoughts?

"No work" qualifies you for unemployment benefits, go apply.
