Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Confidential Documents Re Protect, Order

If one opposes a motion using documents that are ''confidential'' per a protective order, can one reference the documents in the memo of p&a without revealing specific contents? i.e. See Exhibit A. etc. since the Court will read it anyway OR is it better to use specific info from the documents and file the entire motion conditionally under seal.

Thanks

Re: Confidential Documents Re Protect, Order

It would be inappropriate for an attorney to offer legal advice on pending litigation, without being sufficiently familiar with the legal documents referenced or the issues involved. Even more so if you have counsel. If you don't, you clearly need to retain counsel as it appears you are over your head dealing with matters that require legal experience and knowledge.
