Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was curious is there any legal law concerning an employee not getting any benefits even after 2 years of employment with the the same company or either not having to receive any pay raise with in the time of employment? I am not for sure if I am an "At Will" employee but if I am would there be any law that would over-ride the "AT WILL" act having to work at the same company for more than two years?

No. It is up to the company to determine if they want to provide benefits.
