Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My DM ( District Manager ) Just inform me they will closed the store due to lease and I'm one of the manager in the building , I've been working for them for over 2 years and she suggest I need to look for another job , in the conversation there's no mention about severance package or an offer to go to another locations but they did mention it to the other manager . My questions Am I being discriminate and Am I elligable with the same benefit as he does .

Please Help .

Discrimination is not illegal, unless is is because of a person's race, gender, etc. If they like another manager better and want to offer them a job at another location, and not offer one to you, they legally are free to do so. If they want to offer one person a severance and not you, they are legally free to do so. Unless they make those decisions based on race, gender, etc., in which case it would be highly illegal.
