Can employer ask you to come into work variety of hours ..

Example: come in monday 4am

Tuesday 9am

Wednesday 7am

When originally my schedule is 8 to 430pm

Yes. An employer can require you to work whatever hours the employer needs you. The only legal restrictions are that they must pay you overtime for hours that are subject to overtime pay, they must give you the break times required by law, and if they require you to come in, they must pay you for at least half a regular shift or four hours, whichever is less, if they wind up not needing you for a full four hours.
