My employer's been violating my 20 work day/month contract several times, can I file for breach of contract?

That would depend entirely on the exact terms of the contract. If it contains and "at-will" clause, however, the answer is almost certainly "no," because the right to fire at any time carries with it the right to change the terms of employment at any time.
