Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Employment Law

Last year in August, I had a question about ''unlawful termination''. In September, an attorney (in Irvine, CA?)called me stating that if I didn't get the result I wanted, to contact her. Last month I lost the case & would like to know how to appeal - the attorney that handled my case left out an IMPORTANT OPTION that could've led to me winning the case. PLEASE call me &/or email me & I will fill you in on the details. Thank you.

Re: Employment Law

If the "important option" was not litigated in the lower court, you cannot raise that issue on appeal. The appellate court will only review issues that are part of the record.
