Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hello,

I was just wondering the legality of holding multiple w2 salaried jobs. What are the ramifications when either company finds out?

There is a "moonlighting" clause in my contract.

You are generally free to have as many jobs as you like. It could be possible for an employer that hired you under a contract could prohibit taking other jobs. If they don't find out, then no problem. If they do, you may risk being fired. Whether that would be proper would require a review of your contract and a consultation with an employment attorney.
