Meeting with HR and no info

Hello:

I have a meeting next week with HR and two of my managers regardin a compliance company policy issue. They are not giving any info to me about what the issue is or they dont whant to, I am thinking of refusing going to this meeting, if I dont get the right information, on what I have been call in, I feel like is going in the dark by not nowing what is about. Its feels like I will be fired and if that is the case I dont mind quiting my job.
