my mom recently got terminated, she didn't get her accumulated paid sicktime or an itemized pay stub at the time of termination. what is required from the employer when being terminated?

Unlike vacation time which is considered earned when accumulated, sick time is only legally earned when taken. So it evaporates upon termination, whether voluntary or involuntary. She should, however, have received a pay-stub.
