Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have read that employees have the right to a copy of any document they have signed. Can you tell me what CA code this is under?

Labor Code section 432, which states: "If an employee or applicant signs any instrument relating to the obtaining or holding of employment, he shall be given a copy of

the instrument upon request."
