Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hello there, I recently had a work related injury, 3 25lb boxes fell on my head and neck, and they sent me to the company insurance doctor but even though I tell them my head hurts and that I forget somethings I'm doing they brush it off and today I didn't Remember where I lived; which has never happened before even before the injury I had great memory and now after I keep getting headaches and keep forgetting I wanted to know if I could sue my employer or doctor for not Doing anything about it? Thank you.

If your employer has workers' compensation insurance, call a workers' compensation attorney to help you. If your employer does not have workers' compensation insurance, call an employment law attorney to help you.

You need to file a Workers Compensation claim. Your doctor should have the forms and do so for you, or you can do so directly with the employer. Contact a WCAB attorney for help, your case sounds substantial enough to interest them.

If the employer does not have WCAB insurance, then they are liable for payment of your medical bills the same way the insurance would have, including disability leave if required. If that is the case, then feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
