Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am required to travel for work and my company has implemented a 28 day rotation...I work 28 days straight and get 8 days off, is this even legal?

For the definitive answer, if you want to complain about this, you can ask the local Labor Commissioners office. It all depends upon your classification, and whether the company implemented it in accordance with the rules.
