Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Severance Agreement/Wrongful termination

Background story, my former employer broke several Fair Employment and Housing Act laws and later terminated me, and while I complained with the FHA in Oakland CA, my complaint was ''lost'' and the discrimination case went past statue of limitations.

I recently took this employer, a well known company based in silicon valley, to small claims court because they had issued stock options which had later been taken away and I wanted financial compensation. They had the nerve to send an attorney (who I had delt with before) to SMALL CLAIMS court and she claimed that the CEO, whom I was suing was not properly served. The lawyer proceeded to adivse the company's HR rep, in defiance of my objections and the judges repeated warnings to not give advice to the HR person. Anyway, the judge refused the claim based on a Severence agreement which i finally had signed in 2003 (I was terminated in 2001). My question is can I have this agreement nullified in either small claims/other court based on the fact that employees of this company (who are protected by the agreement) have continued to harrass and defame me as well as the fact that the settlement was payed with taxes deducted against my previous written demand sent in with the agreement?
