Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I'm a shipping supervisor in Riverside California. I believe I'm classified as salaried, non exempt. My company pays me overtime however it's paid out quarterly and at a strange calculation. I've read online that salaried non exempt employees are entitled to the same calculation as hourly employees (1.5 times after 8, and 2 times after 12) is this true?

It is possible that you are not being compensated in compliance with California labor code laws. Please call (213-381-6557) or email me ([email protected]) if you would like to discuss the matter further.

All the best,
