Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Stress related law suit

I work for a publicly traded company with several labor law suits pending. I was promised that upon hiring all my benefits would begin immediately and have documentation to prove it. As I tried to get coverage upon hiring for a health condition they kept changing their story about when my coverage would beging an issue that only aggrivated a health condition. I have fought terribly to get my benefits and believe I have suffered damages both health and financial as a result. Any advice on how to proceed from an attorney would be appreciated. Thank You.

Re: Stress related law suit

in a nutshell, from your facts given so far, you have standing for a breach of contract action, if not tortious remedies at your legal disposal as well. we would need to know more about the evidentiary documentation you currently possess as well as clarification on your factual circumstances to fully advise you legally here. if you would like a free phone consultation, email us with your contact information and how you may like to proceed from there.

Sounds like a breach of agreement/contract that could be enforced if you have the evidence. Feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and remedies.
