Got suspended from work because I refuses to do a task due to my heath rash and heath exhaustion problem and suggested a better way if it is possible.

If you are having rashes and heat exhaustion and can't continue performing your customary duty, you need to report your injuries and file a claim for worker's compensation benefits and seek medical treatment and be placed on modified duty.
