Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I wanted to know what can I do

I was a work when I started feeling sick and went to the restroom because I started coughing a lot and felt like I was going to vomit I stayed there for five minutes and then came out and told my source manager that I didn't feel good and that my chest was feeling tight and was hurting bad and he knows I have asthma all he told me was that to go to the restroom and I repeatedly told him it was not helping and he said I had to work at least two hours before clocking out so he told me to keep on working I kept feeling worse and by the time I was able to go home I couldn't even drive I felt like I was going to have an asthma attack but I didn't know what to do so I just drove slowly to the hospital near work to get some breathing treatments and in the morning I went to write a statement of what happen at work and that he literally put my health at risk and for that I ended up in the hospital to treat my asthma and yet they haven't called like they said they would to have a meeting and discuss what happen and work it out it just tells me that fedex don't care about peoples health and only care about getting the job done and for that I haven't return to work since I got sick.

It is not clear what you are asking. If you are asking if you can return to work, as long as your doctor clears you to return, then you can return to work. If you are asking whether you can stay away from work because you don't like your employer's policy, the answer would be yes, but you probably would not be entitled to payment and could be terminated if you haven't been already.
