Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was wondering if I can file a law suit against. Cause my corporate office which is R.G.I.S. inventory. Cause wen we are schedule to work out of town, lets say in Modesto CA. And we are leaving from Fresno CA. And lets say we are going to work at a target we gotta show up at our local office at 3:45 and they have it as we don't get paid until a one hour after we leave the office due to the fact that they say they don't pay for the first hour and they always have us take a 10 minute break before we get to the store and before we clock in. All that before 6:00 so at 6:00 o'clock we count the back room and we are always done with the back room at 9 o'clock. And the sales floor doesn't start untilled 11 o'clock we are stuck outside for two hours off the clock not getting paid. I really think I have a case and I got alot more people who's with me on this. And is there anyone who would take my case.

It probably would be much cheaper for you if you went to the Labor Department and spoke to the person in the employment wage section, as they handle matters involving an employer failing to pay for hours worked. it is best that any complaint be made as a group so it is less likely the employer will do anything as to your job status.

If that does not work out, contact me and I will see what can be done. [email protected]

I work with a team of lawyers who handle wage and hour claims such as these on a class action basis. I would like to speak to you about a potential case. Please phone my office and/or email me at [email protected] if you would like a no-obligation consultation.

A complaint with the Department of Labor and two bucks will barely buy you a small coffee at Starbucks.
