Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I had work injury at work Co. did not provide w.c. insurance info. my doc. assigned light duty. Co. didnt provide light duty. Currently in litigation with employer due to none payment of medical services. They cut my health ins. without notice. Needed dental services. Verified ins. was active prior to dental services. after dental services health ins. was cancelled by co without notice. dentist is seeking payment from me. I asked for my sick leave or vacation time i had earned due to no income. Co said no unless i quit my employment.I resigned and co. mailed check for vac. time. Co. check bounced for NSF. Obviously this co is conducting violations of labor and w.c. laws but I am not getting positive results from labor board or wc. court. My finances are severe, and am losing my home what othe recourse do we have.
