Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I work in the state of CA but am employed by a company based in NC and PA. They only pay us once a month and reimburse us once a month for out of pocket expenses. Is this legal?

Of course. As long as you are fully and timely paid on their regularly set schedule, whatever it is. It could be daily, weekly, monthly, annually, etc., so long as agreed upon in advance.

Yes, it is. Just make sure you are being paid regularly on a set schedule. For example, monthly, annually, or even daily or weekly. It just has to be a regular schedule.
