Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Wrongful Termination

I got laidoff a week ago, due to a reduction of force. I been working for this company for more than a 4 years. I consider my self as the all around person due to a fact that I could do everything in the office. I consider my self a reliable and self starter in any position that comes in. I do earn a pretty good money, consider to people that just barely started working in that company. Is right to laidoff me or let someone go that I personally thing that I have much seniority and have much capabilities performing that job position... Need helf ASAP I got a family to support.. Should I forget this human rights or just move on... NEED HELP Thank You...
