If the Landlord Or property Managment,Serve me with a 30 day notice To vacate,Should they tell me the reason,Why?

I've heard of some cities that have considered passig laws that force landlords to give tenants a reason for terminating the lease. However, this is a very small exception to the general rule that the landlords are under no obligatino to tell you why they want you out.
