Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Hi there. I was given three day notice to pay or quit. The notice states that I must pay at my landlords attorney's office. It fails to specify the business days and hours of the attorney. Is this a valid notice?

Technically, no, but reasonable business hours should be presumed. That is, business days, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

I would like to review the notice. Certainly it is a defense if it goes to trial. Contact me directly.
