Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Im being forced to vacate where ive been living at by the landlord due to my name not being on the lease and the tenant on the lease unexpectingly moved out ive got a verbal agreement with the main tenant also the pg&e bill is under my name to show ive been living here is any of those things any help for me not to be forced out for one ive got two children under 8years of age

Unfortunately, only the master tenant had the rental agreement with the landlord. That's one of the risks of subletting. You might try to negotiate a direct rental agreement with the landlord. The rent might be higher, though, and an offer of tenancy would be conditioned on your regular income.
