The home we are renting is in foreclosure. A notice was placed on the front door indicating a public sale. Do we continue to pay our rent? We are planning on moving within 30 days

You are obligated to pay rent as long as you live there. If you have given the owner a 30-day written notice of your intention to move, your obligation to pay would end at the time you move -- unless you have a written rental agreement for a longer period.
