How much time does a renter have after a fire to remove belongings, or how long until it is considered abandoned?

Re: House fires

Fifteen days, after served Notice of Abandonment!

BUT, talk to owner/landlord and negotiate time, because if a Notice is Posted giving you the 15 days, you have to pay rent for those days, like 50% of a month, to reclaim property. (Yes, I know there was a fire, but that is the law). Avoid the 15 days rent!.

Call, or e-mail, my office if you need more.
