Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

When a judgement has been set. Can. My plaintiffs attorney have the judgement reversed. Cuz I won my eviction case. They were no shows so it was dimissed.

No. It's called failure to prosecute. However, in all likelihood, the landlord will serve a new notice (3-days or longer) to quit and start the process over again. By the way, check your rental agreement and see if it provides for attorney's fees. If you had an attorney, you might ask the court to order that you be reimbursed.
