can a landlord in a single family house terminate a 6 month lease if tenants were known and told not to be using drugs and or causing arguments and calling names to one of the landlords adult children for asking them not to be using drugs due to smoke coming down stairs to elderly parent? if so how do we terminate lease..one of the tenants broke that lease already this month by not paying rent in full thank you...this is urgent

You can give the tenants a three day notice for doing an illegal act [and the one for non-payment of full rent] and for breach of the lease terms. You probably should hire a landlord unlawful detainer attorney in your area to handle the case properly.
