Life after an Eviction

I information on how to remove an eviction from my record. I was evicted a few years ago from my aparment, the Attorney for the Collection Agency placed a levy on my bank account and took their money.

I would like to know what I would need to do clear this eviction off my record it very damaging and it prevents me from renting an apartment even though its been paid. Please advise, thank you for your time.

Like any other negative credit report, it can stay on your record for 7 years
