Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have a month to month rental I've lived in for over 21 years. I've been given a 60 day notice to vacate the property that is located in California. What are my rights if I'm unable or having difficulties finding a new place to live ?

Unless you are in a rent and eviction controlled city, you have no rights. Once the 60 days are up, you must be out or you will be guilty of unlawful detainer the same as if you stopped paying rent.
