Asking people to move out.

how can I get people to move out of my apt. when they are not on the lease but have been living there fora while?

A 30 or 60 day notice has to be served. After that period has expired, an unlawful detainer should be filed. We can help you with this. Please call us if you have any questions.

Unclear question.

Are you landlord, or tenant living i apartment?

If you are landlord, one answer. If you are tenant living in apartment, are these your "guests" who moved in and won't leave?

How long have they been there? How many "people"? Are they paying rent? Have they been asked to pay rent? Who invited them?

Why won't they leave?
