Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Property Maintenance

My situation is basically I have an 6 month agreement with my tenants on my house; i have advised them to keep the yard clean. Meaning take all debris out of the yard example tires, radiators, car parts etc.. One of my main issue is that there is a big old truck park on the yard not the driveway that is registered in mexico not in the U.S. in the yard. I have spoke to them about the issue numerous of times and still there is no result. What actions can I take about this situation ? both keeping the yard clean and the truck being moved.

Re: Property Maintenance

There should be provisions in your lease regarding the upkeep of the premises and vehicle parking/storage.

If they are in violation of the terms of the lease, then you can order them to correct the violations or face the consequences of a breach.
