Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Hi my question is . it normal for a lawyer to contact my landlord to see there side of the story which they will lie . so how can i find an attorney to take my case without talking to my landlord

Why would you want that? It would border on malpractice not to find out what the order side is going to say. How could an attorney handle your case without knowing what the opposing party's claims are.
