Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I was served with a Summons and Complaints. Do I have to submit my motion to quash/ and or demurre at the same time as my answer?

Thank you.

Those motions are filed INSTEAD of your answer, so the deadline is the same.

From your question, I do not have very much confidence in the success of you're motions. Where did you get them? Why do you want to quash service? What is the grounds for the demurrer?

This office successfully defends lawfuits of all kinds, what you should be thinking about is a possible cross-complaint. A cross-complaint must be served at the same time as your answer. Contact me directly.
