Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My tenants were sued by my neighbor that he made her child fall down from bicycle by accident (no impact). My neighbor didn't know my tenants name. She lookup my template car and sue me. I didn't do it. Do I have to give my tenants name and phone to my neighbor?

You don't have to give them anything unless they serve you with legal discovery papers asking for that information. Once they do that, though, you will have to tell them or the court will fine you. So since you will have to give the information to them eventually, you may as well give it to them now in exchange for them dismissing the lawsuit against you.
