It depends what the court did in each of the previous cases, and whether the new case is based upon the same notice.

If it's based on the same notice, it makes no sense to re-file. The landlord could just amend the complaint to correct deficiencies.

If it's based on different notices, then there might be an issue of harassment that an attorney can help you address.
