Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I'm on a year lease, the owner of the house sold it while I'm still in my lease, yet gave me a 30 day notice in the middle of the month, I have 13 days left on my 30 day notice and I keep getting texts like 15 day is coming fast new owners want come Patch back wall, and so on.. I feel like I'm being harassed and rush out.. I've yet to find a home and am still packing a 5 bdrm house.. Are they allowed to being doing any of this?? I save all the texts as proof..

Please help me, they are making me more depressed then I already am.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. The new owner takes title subject to your lease. They step into the shoes of your current landlord. The only thing that changes for you as far as your right (and obligations) is who you owe the obligations to - including who to write the rent check to. You don't mention when your lease is up, though. If your lease is up before or concurrent with the deadline your landlord has given you, then they are entitled to end your lease by its terms and not renew or let you stay under a tenancy at will.
